A very complex container is the building that houses the meeting rooms on the upper level (115.52), the wellness center (SPA and Gym) on the first level (111.90) and the kid club and indoor pool (107, 60) at the lowest level. All these spaces have their changing rooms on the same level. The Kids Club is directly connected to the outdoor playground and a part of the kids’ pool is also indoor.

The outdoor area is equipped with a small bar that can also serve those who are inside the pool as it is located about one meter lower than the water level of the pool (106.60).
